A Surprising Revelation at my Harvard Reunion, a personal essay on the Women's Voices for Change group blog.

Facing the Moment of Truth, a personal essay on the Autism Speaks website. About the early days as we discovered Damian's diagnosis. Looking back at the tumult of emotions.

Assessing CAM Options for Treating Autism, an article in the medical journal Complimentary and Alternative Therapies, published by Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. (Note: this was an assignment, I am neither advocating nor condemning biomedical approaches for autism. I welcomed the opportunity to look at the interventions from a scientific standpoint, but never really used any with my own son.)

Over 300 succinct biographies of famous people to go with their inspirational quotes for a Daily Inspiration email newsletter for Waterfront Media.

Personal essay in the anthology, Tales from the Scale, edited by Erin Shea, published by Adams Media.

Reporter for The Brooklyn Phoenix, a weekly newspaper covering downtown and brownstone Brooklyn. The paper is gone and the archives aren't online, but (among other features) I wrote about a local Catholic school, accompanied a home nurse on her daily rounds, and investigated the plight of the diseased Dutch elms in Prospect Park (which became a cover story).

Not exactly a credit, but rather cool nevertheless: a letter to the editor in Time Magazine.

Blogs and the like :

Hidden Laughter: Updated from 1999 through 2006; a chronicle of helping my son develop past many of the impairments of autism through floortime therapy. Cited on MSNBC (& msnbc.com) in their autism special.

postscript: Blog about life in LA. Some good entries, but after I abandoned it, the formatting got wonky, I don't know why.

full circle: Short-lived blog about life in NJ
